Hatcho Miso 400g




A traditionally crafted red miso paste aged in ceder vats for a minimum of 2 years. Hatcho Miso containes only the finest organic soya beans and salt.
This full flavoured rich tasting miso is ideal for braised meat dishes stews and broths. It is also traditionally used to make a heavy dipping sauce to serve along side grilled chicken and pork dishes or breaded deep-fried escallops and cutlets.
